Regrout tile
Cracked or missing grout lets water behind tile, so regrouting is worth the effort. The videos here show a shower surround: rake out the old grout, apply new grout, wipe, let it cure, and recaulk the corners and transitions. Corners and changes of plane should get flexible caulk instead of grout, because they move.
Wear a dust mask and eye protection when you rake, and don’t scratch the tile. Vacuum the joints, mix grout to the maker’s directions and press it in at an angle. Wipe lightly, because too much water weakens it. Leave the shower alone for the cure time on the package. Finish with caulk in the corners. See bathroom for the rest of the shower jobs.
